hey sis,

There’s a lot that rides on our shoulders. As Black women, we’re taught to be strong, hold our own, and everyone else while we’re at it. Over time, it all adds up to a heavy weight that secretly drags us down.

No more suffering in silence.

We deserve to thrive in this world with the kind of freedom that allows us to pause, regulate our nervous systems, and prioritize what really matters.

SAY IT. BELIEVE IT. BE IT.

my mission...

Is to help Black women who are saving the world, save themselves first.

To create a space for all Black women to safely drop the masks they’ve perfected wearing, and learn how to perfect being themselves.

We deserve a sisterhood that supports that. A little Black bubble of love and appreciation. Because in order to celebrate ourselves, we need to be around the people who celebrate themselves for being the beautiful people they are, too.

It all starts here.

“We've spent our entire lives learning to navigate the world as Black women.”

And quite frankly, it’s downright exhausting.

Will we save the world and create a society where we hold everyone accountable in order for safe spaces to exist in every corner we’re in?

Sure, one day.

But let me tell you this: That day is never going to happen if we continuously drain our cups trying to will it into existence. We have to save ourselves first.

Through Intention. Joy. Self-Care. Freedom.

You know you’ve needed a space that nurtures your soul.

Let this be the place that provides it for you.

Spread the love

Love Black women?

Love taking action to support us?

Love watching us succeed and cheering us on every time they rise to the top by being ourselves?

The best way to spread the love is to make soul-full self-care accessible.

Contribute to the Sis to Sis Fund so that the people you love can gain the support they need to truly transform into their most authentic selves.
